This is the Horticulture teaching garden at Eagle Heights and one of my favorite places I get to spend time in as a student at UW Madison.
I've been long ignoring this blog because - woah - turns out taking science classes after a lifetime of studying art has been a bit of an adjustment. But I have been LOVING my decision, despite being overwhelmed with all the new terminology.
Ascomycetes are beautiful under a microscope.
I am hoping with the upcoming winter break I will return to writing more here as well as visiting Olbrich's humid and hot conservatory throughout my winter break.
Also hoping to get to spend some time at the botany greenhouse. Because... I mean really...
